One thing you need to note though is that most of these units are for indoor use. However, they also have electric fireplaces for outdoor use. In addition, Touchstone is one of the few brands that manufactures smart, Wi-Fi-enabled electric fireplaces.

Touchstone Sideline Series
The Sideline Series are the most popular Touchstone electric fireplaces and feature black frames. More importantly, these electric fireplaces are available in 9 width sizes including 28, 36, 40, 45, 50, 60, 72, 84, and 100”.
When it comes to installation, these electric fireplaces can either be recessed or mounted on a wall. This is because their inlet and outlet vents are located at the front of the unit. Therefore, you will not be block the vents if you recess the fireplace into a wall.
Another notable feature of Touchstone Sideline electric fireplaces is that they have multi-colored flames (blue, orange, and orange-blue mix). On top of that, they come with decorative crystals and a log set, making them a beautiful accessory for your home.
Regarding the heat output, Touchstone Sideline electric fireplaces have a 5118 BTU inbuilt heater that can warm a room of up to 400 sq ft. Not to forget that they have an inbuilt timer to save energy and 2 heat settings; low (750W) and high (1500W). In addition, the unit comes with a handy remote control that you can use to adjust the heat, flame, and timer settings.

Other Touchstone Sideline Electric Fireplace models
In addition to Standard and Elite versions, Touchstone has other Sideline models for homeowners who want something different from the Original series. For instance, the 50” Sideline model is available in various styles such as Sideline White, Sideline Outdoor, and Sideline Steel.
The Sideline Steel fireplace is ideal for a traditional room setting as it has a matter black steel frame, while the Sideline White has a white glass frame as opposed to the original black.

Touchstone has two 3-sided electric fireplace models; Fury and Chesmont. The main difference between these units is that Chesmont is designed for wall-mount installation, while Fury is intended for recessed installation. Also, Chesmont is a little more advanced technology-wise than Fury as it has smart capabilities. On the other hand, the Fury model has a more colorful flame and even features an inbuilt thermostat.

Chesmont is a 3-sided wall-mounted electric fireplace from Touchstone that is housed on a modern black or white mantel. For that, it is extremely easy to install since you just need to hang it on the wall.
In addition, the fireplace model comes with glass crystals and a drift log set, creating a beautiful display from any angle. Plus, it creates the same realistic flame and colors as the original Sideline models; blue, orange and orange-blue. Best of all, this unit has smart capabilities like the Sideline Elite model, allowing you to control with a smart device and voice controls like Alexa or Google Home.
Touchstone Fury
Touchstone Fury is a 3-sided recessed fireplace with a black mantel that looks similar to the Chesmont model but 2” taller. Also, Fury comes with crystals and stones as its decorative media instead of a log set to offer a more contemporary look.
On top of that, Fury has 9 flame & flame bed colors to choose from as well as 2 heat settings (low & high). Even better, the fireplace has an inbuilt thermostat that allows you to set the room to a temperature of between 62 and 86 deg F.

Touchstone Onyx is a 5.5” deep wall mounted electric fireplace that comes with a crystal set,log set and remote control. Like other wall mounted electric fireplaces, this unit is so easy to install. After all, you just need to attach the mounting brackets to the back of the electric fireplace and hang it on the wall. In addition, Onyx creates beautiful realistic flames and has a 5118 BTU heater that can heat up any room of up to 400 sq ft.
There are 4 styles of Touchstone Onyx electric fireplace; original Onyx, Ivory, Onyx Stainless and Onyx Mirror. The only difference between the original Onyx and Ivory model is the frame color, but all the features are the same. However, if you want an electric fireplace with a shut-off timer, Forte may not be the best option for you as it’s the only Touchstone fireplace without a sleep timer.
